The sugar skull painting I posted last week is finished!  The sugar skull show opens at The Flying Cat in Covington, KY next Friday!  Here is a little peek of my finished piece.  I don't want to unveil the entire thing til the show opens.  Happy Friday!

Feline Friday: Mr. F

I've been sketching more for my family portrait.  This week I have Mr. F's sketch to share with you.  I did a normal, straight forward image of him, then thought it didn't quite capture his essence.  Thus, I drew another, more playful portrait.  I think this is the one that will make it to the final piece.

And here is what the sketches of my two fluff balls look like together.  There is still some work to be done to get them ready for the actual family portrait, but I'm getting excited.  Happy Friday!
